You can buy the card conveniently online at any time. It is also available at the Tourist Information - Visit Düsseldorf in the Altstadt, Rheinstraße 3.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The discounts always refer to the normal price.

The DüsseldorfCard E-Moped is a 24h, 48h, 72h or 96h ticket. You determine the start time (date and time) of the ticket during the booking process. You can enjoy all the benefits of the DüsseldorfCard E-Moped during the selected period. To use the eddy service free of charge, you must register separately in advance. To do this, you will find a promo code on your ticket, which you can use to register for free in the eddy app, and then activate the free use of the eddy service in a second step using a separate promo code, which you will receive by e-mail after you have uploaded the DüsseldorfCard E-Moped in the eddy app.

No, the DüsseldorfCard E-Moped is personal and therefore non-transferable. The name cannot be changed after booking.

No, the discounts only apply to one person, the driver of the eddy-Roller. If the passenger would also like to take advantage of the DüsseldorfCard discounts, please also book a DüsseldorfCard classic. Riding on the eddy-Roller is of course free of charge.

Yes, if you would like to use the eddy e-scooter, please download the eddy app. The eddy app is currently available for iOS and Android in the App Store or Google Play Store.

You will find the promo code on your ticket. You will be asked for it during the registration process in the eddy app. Once you have successfully registered, you can use the eddy scooters for a fee. Free use as part of the DüsseldorfCard E-Moped must be activated separately.

The registration process and driving licence verification usually takes about 20 minutes. Please also allow some time for the activation of free use. We recommend that you register in the eddy app at least 24 hours before the start time of the DüsseldorfCard E-Moped, but only activate the free use of the eddy-Roller shortly before the start time.

No, the registration fee is waived for holders of the DüsseldorfCard E-Moped.

By promo code, which will be sent to you by e-mail and which you can redeem in the eddy app. Have you downloaded the eddy app and successfully registered with the promo code from your ticket? You can easily register with eddy using your smartphone via the eddy app. Personal details, bank details and driving licence are all you need to register. Once your driving licence has been verified, nothing stands in the way of you driving with eddy.

Open the eddy app and film a short video sequence of your driving licence and your face as instructed. After a brief check, eddy will then activate your licence. The whole process takes less than 20 minutes during the verification times.

The eddy app contains an overview map with the locations of all eddy scooters in the city.If you do not have a scooter in your field of vision, the eddy app will navigate you to the relevant location.

Click on a scooter in your neighbourhood in the app. The "Reserve" button appears at the bottom of the screen. This allows you to reserve your scooter free of charge for 15 minutes.

There are two helmets in the scooter's helmet box - one small and one large. Once you have reached your (reserved) e-scooter, use the eddy app to open the scooter and the scooter's helmet box and put on one of the two helmets.

Take your eddy off the main or side stand and then set the red switch on the right-hand side of the handlebar to "ON" (Torrot) or briefly press the "P button" (Yadea). Next, briefly apply one of the two brakes and you can set off in a climate-friendly and silent manner.

You can ride the e-scooters outside the business area. However, it is not possible to end the hire there. To do this, you must return to the business area.
