The DüsseldorfCard Plus

You can buy the card online on the Visit Düsseldorf website, by phone (Tel.: 0211 / 17 202 854) and on site in our Tourist Information.

With the Print@Home ticket, you get the DüsseldorfCard Plus as a PDF, and you can simply print it at home. To do so, you will need an up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You can print the DüsseldorfCard Plus, or you can also use a suitable app to open it on your phone and show it.

Yes. During an inspection, you can present the printed version of your Print@Home ticket, or you can open the digital version with a suitable app on your phone and show it.

The user names are required when booking because the DüsseldorfCard Plus is personal and non-transferable. When booking a group ticket, only the first entered name will appear on the Print@Home ticket.

With the DüsseldorfCard Plus you can use all buses and trains as well as all trains without a supplement (RE, RB, S-Bahn in 2nd class) in the entire Rhine-Ruhr Transport Association (VRR) and in the Rhine-Sieg Transport Association (VRS).

It is not included, but the DüsseldorfCard Plus gives you a € 3 discount on a 24-hour ticket.

You can also purchase the DüsseldorfCard Plus for several people. The card is valid for a group of up to four adults or two adults and a maximum of three children up to the age of 14.

Of course, Düsseldorf residents can also buy a DüsseldorfCard Plus.

Click on “Book now” for your desired offer. Select the number of tickets and the day. As soon as you have made a selection, a new field will appear below in which you can select the time. Below the selected time, you can add the “DüsseldorfCard Plus discount” by clicking on the box to the left of it. Your discount will then be automatically calculated to the final price. You can now add your selection to the shopping cart and continue with the purchase.

The voucher can only be redeemed online. Add the DüsseldorfCard Plus to your shopping cart. In “Your shopping-cart”, you will be asked “Do you have a voucher or promo code?” You can enter the voucher code there.

That is West Ticket’s charge for online booking. Admission to Aquazoo is free of charge with the DüsseldorfCard Plus. Aquazoo recommends booking online for weekend visits. If you show your DüsseldorfCard Plus at the Aquazoo ticket desk you will get free admission.

You will get your discount when you buy your ticket at the Rheinturm ticket desk. Unfortunately, you can’t do it online as you have to present your DüsseldorfCard Plus in person. 

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The discounts always relate to the standard price.
