Brain Awareness Week will take place worldwide in March 2026. The aim of this annual event is to generate interest and enthusiasm for brain research.
The global campaign is organised by the Dana Foundation and the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS).
In Düsseldorf, the Institute of Linguistics (Chair of Psycholinguistics and Neurolinguistics) is organising a two-day event in collaboration with the Institute of Clinical Neuroscience and Medical Psychology to honour brain research at the Heinrich Heine Institute.
Participation is free of charge; registration is not required.
The German and English-language programmes will be held simultaneously in different rooms.
