Scharf & Fein showcases the traditional cuisine of the Chinese province of Hunan, whose culinary traditions are counted amongst the eight great regional cuisines of China. As part of China Culture Week, the restaurant is presenting typical dishes and the distinctive features of Hunan’s food culture.
Visitors are invited to sample the culinary specialities of Hunan Province on site. The aim of the event is to showcase the diversity of Chinese cuisine and to promote cultural exchange between China and Germany.
