Through play, children aged 3 to 5 are introduced to the basics of Kung Fu. Movement, simple exercises and games help to develop coordination, agility, concentration and self-confidence.
The Düsseldorf Kung Fu Centre teaches traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi as paths to physical fitness, inner balance and personal development.
Under the guidance of the experienced Shaolin Master, Master Yang, children, teenagers and adults learn authentic martial arts, effective self-defence and values such as respect, discipline and mindfulness. Whilst Shaolin Kung Fu promotes strength, flexibility and concentration, Tai Chi improves posture, coordination and inner calm.
The school combines centuries-old tradition with modern training and offers a friendly, family-like atmosphere where beginners and advanced practitioners alike are welcome.
