Discover Shanxi’s culture and noodle traditions through Daoxiao-Mian, calligraphy, paper-cutting and creative workshops. With the China Culture Pass, guests can also experience Chongqing hotpot culture at Liu’s Hotpot.
The ‘Shanxi Culture and Noodle Week’ at Noodle Jin invites visitors to discover the history, culture and world-famous noodle tradition of the Chinese province of Shanxi. Exhibitions, demonstrations, interactive workshops, traditional noodle-making and hands-on cultural activities bring the diversity of Shanxi to life.

In partnership with Liu’s Hotpot, guests can explore both restaurants as part of the China Culture Pass and collect limited-edition stamps by taking part in the daily cultural activities. The event is free of charge and open to all without the need to register.
