TCM meets modern exercise training: 30 minutes of meridian yoga are combined with 20 minutes of Reformer Pilates. The workshop promotes relaxation, core strength, pelvic floor health and good posture.
Discover a unique combination of traditional Chinese health practices and modern exercise training. Each 50-minute session begins with 30 minutes of meridian yoga, inspired by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and tailored to the current season.
This is followed by a 20-minute Pilates session on the Reformer. This focuses in particular on strengthening the core, the pelvic floor and promoting good posture. As part of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the workshop combines exercise, relaxation and Chinese culture in a modern and accessible way.
