The Dark Tenor - Symphonic Evolution - Rock Meets Classical Music
Following the overwhelming success of last year's tour, which attracted over 70,000 music fans to the concert halls - and an upcoming spring tour, which is also almost sold out - the artist is bringing his new rock meets classical show "Symphonic Evolution" to the stage in autumn with fresh, innovative concepts and new songs. 37 cities are planned.
The tour creates an electrifying mix of classical music and rock, presenting masterpieces by Beethoven, Mozart and Bach - the rebellious musical icons of their time - in a new light. This musical journey combines impressive classical harmonies with the powerful dynamics of rock.
An absolute highlight of the show is the world's first 3D-printed cello, which is used on stage. This futuristic instrument not only impresses acoustically, but also visually with its luminous elements and sets new visual and sonic standards.
Star tenor Billy Andrews, the music maker behind Dark Tenor, mesmerises the audience with his ability to blend different musical styles into a seamless experience. His expressive voice and charismatic demeanour guarantee a concert experience that will not be forgotten - and should not be missed.
The "Symphonic Evolution Tour" is the perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to experience live how exciting music fusion history is being rewritten. Dark Tenor will also be presenting new works from his studio album "Symphony of Light 2", which will be released on 28 March 2025 and includes hits such as "Bitter Sweet Kiss", "Alive", "You Raise Me Up" and "Shout"! With this work, the exceptional artist once again proves his remarkable versatility and effortless switching between different musical genres. (Source: Red Raven GmbH)
