Backstreet Boys Giveaway

Here are the terms and conditions for our giveaway. Please read them before entering! 🙌

This giveaway is organised by Düsseldorf Tourismus GmbH (Visit Düsseldorf), Benrather Straße 9, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By participating, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to this giveaway.

The giveaway is open to anyone aged 18 or over. Employees of Visit Düsseldorf and their family members are excluded from participating. Each participant may only enter the competition once.

The giveaway runs from Friday, 14 August 2026 at 4:00 pm until Thursday, 10 September 2026 at 11:59 pm.

What are you planning to explore in Düsseldorf around the concert?

The prize is a Backstreet Boys weekend in Düsseldorf for two people from 2 to 4 October 2026, including:

two standing tickets for the Backstreet Boys concert at Merkur Spiel-Arena on Saturday, 3 October 2026,
two nights for two people including breakfast at Meliá Düsseldorf,
one DüsseldorfCard Plus,
two 24-hour Hop-On Hop-Off bus tickets,
a guided city tour in Düsseldorf.

The right to a prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered for the prize.

Travel to and from Düsseldorf is not included in the prize.

The winner will be selected at random and notified via direct message by Monday, 14 September 2026 at 4:00 pm at the latest. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

Content of comments (e.g. tags)
Where required, postal address or email address for delivery of the prize

6.4 Storage period

Participants' data will be deleted after the giveaway has ended. Winner's data will be stored until the prize has been fully processed and delivered.

6.5 Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO (performance of a contract through participation in the giveaway).

6.6 Disclosure to third parties

Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless a delivery service provider is required to deliver the prize.

Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority

The organiser accepts no liability for technical problems or delays affecting participation in the giveaway.

The organiser reserves the right to amend or terminate the giveaway early at any time for important reasons.

The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. The same applies if participants use manipulation or other unfair means or otherwise attempt to influence the giveaway in an unfair manner.

The organiser also reserves the right to terminate the giveaway in whole or in part. This applies in particular if, for any reason, the selection of the winner cannot take place as planned, for example in the event of the cancellation, interruption or early termination of the concert.
