CDs and DVDs are presented in special furniture that makes browsing and searching easier. Music books and sheet music are stored on 16 free-standing, one and a half meter high shelves and two long wall shelves. The soft yellow shelves are clearly arranged. The lighting fixtures make the visit particularly pleasant, as they illuminate the room perfectly and act like natural daylight.
In the new central library in KAP1, the music library can once again provide a music studio with a grand piano. The room is located next to the music media in the row of study boxes. The studio not only offers space for the grand piano, but also for one or two other people. In addition to the music studio, the LibraryLab studio has equipment for editing audio recordings.
