As part of the Art:walk Festival, Gustaf-Gründgens-Platz in front of the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus will be transformed into a vibrant open-air stage on Theatre Day, featuring dance, music and interactive activities for all ages.
You can look forward to a varied programme featuring hip-hop performances by the Tanz IMPULS School, a big sing-along with ZOE, and the experimental urban space performance ‘the city as score’ by Daniela Georgieva and students from the Peter Behrens School of Arts Düsseldorf.
In addition, the VHS invites you to rediscover Düsseldorf with its “Wissen-to-go” tour in a bicycle rickshaw, under the motto “On the trail of Düsseldorf’s climate”.
Around the Schauspielhaus, DanceAlong formats such as “Move it”, short performances, behind-the-scenes tours, a costume sale and other activities ensure a varied festival afternoon, during which the city itself becomes a stage.
Under the canopy of the Schauspielhaus:
12:00–17:00: “Wissen to go” environmental bicycle rickshaw tour

12:30 pm: Dance IMPULS
