The young wine merchant's main focus is on Germany and Austria. Wines from France, Spain and Italy are rarely found on the shelves. She knows most of the private winegrowers personally. Hoffmann's small corner shop on Helmholzstraße is the place to go for people "who like to drink high-quality wines but don't want to be poor when buying wine," says the sommelier. This clientele also likes to meet up for "try'n'buy" tastings, which take place at irregular intervals. These can also be held here in a private setting - including DJ and catering.
