This approach is the Gesamtkunstwerk for the 21st century: No one discipline dominates, they are all interdependent. In a joint creative process lasting several months, dancers, actors, musicians, choreographers, composers and media artists develop a new production every year - collectively, without a predetermined outcome.
Since 1987, 31 pieces have been created in this way, which have been seen by more than 100,000 spectators in over 600 performances. Guest performances have taken the ensemble to 67 cities worldwide, including Berlin, Munich, Paris, Rotterdam, Avignon, Tel Aviv, Moscow and New Delhi.
The artistic office, workshops and rehearsal studio have been located in Düsseldorf-Pempelfort since 1991.
