Pianist Sebastian Knauer and Johannes Strate, lead singer of the band Revolverheld – two highly successful musicians from seemingly contrasting worlds – blend classical music and rock/pop with complete ease and without any reservations.
They have already impressively demonstrated just how spectacular this can be in numerous acclaimed performances (at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, the Philharmonie in Berlin and Cologne, amongst others). George Gershwin’s ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ and piano works by Bach, Schubert and Satie feature alongside the Revolverheld’s greatest hits – uniquely arranged and performed with virtuosity.
