This giveaway is organised by Düsseldorf Tourismus GmbH (Visit Düsseldorf), Benrather Straße 9, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any liability related to this giveaway.

The giveaway is open to anyone aged 18 or over. Employees of Visit Düsseldorf and their family members are excluded from participating. Each participant may only enter the competition once.

The giveaway runs from from August 30, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. until September 6, 2026 at 11:59 pm.

Prize 1:

The first prize for two people includes:

• two tickets for “The Art of Johnny Depp” at Schloss Benrath,
• two 48-hour DüsseldorfCards.

Prize 2

The second prize for two people includes:

• two “The Art of Johnny Depp” Evening Experiences at Schloss Benrath,
• two 24-hour DüsseldorfCards.

“The Art of Johnny Depp” will take place at Schloss Benrath from 30 August to 27 September 2026.

The winner will receive a link to the Schloss Benrath ticket shop, where they can choose the date and time slot for their visit within the exhibition period.

Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.

For the Evening Experience, only dates with remaining availability at the time of booking may be selected. There is no entitlement to a specific date or time slot.

The prize is non-transferable.

The cash equivalent of the prize will not be paid out.

The winner will be selected at random and notified via direct message no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 7, 2026. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the notification, a new winner will be selected.

6.2 What data is processed?

• Instagram username
• Content of comments (e.g. tags)
• Where required, postal address or email address for delivery of the prize

6.3 Purpose of data processing

• Administration of the giveaway
• Contacting the winner
• Delivery of the prize

6.4 Storage period

Participants' data will be deleted after the giveaway has ended. Winner's data will be stored until the prize has been fully processed and delivered.

6.5 Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO (performance of a contract through participation in the giveaway).

6.6 Disclosure to third parties

Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless a delivery service provider is required to deliver the prize.

6.7 Participants' rights

• Right of access, rectification or erasure of personal data
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to object to processing
• Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority

The organiser accepts no liability for technical problems or delays affecting participation in the giveaway.

The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. The same applies if participants use manipulation or other unfair means or otherwise attempt to influence the giveaway in an unfair manner.

The organiser also reserves the right to terminate the giveaway in whole or in part. This applies in particular if, for any reason, the selection of the winner cannot take place as planned, for example in the event of the cancellation, interruption or early termination of “The Art of Johnny Depp”.

Legal recourse is excluded.
