For the 30th time, artists from Düsseldorf are opening their studios and alternative exhibition spaces to the public.
You are warmly invited to visit the exhibition venues over two weekends in September, strike up a conversation and experience the diversity of Düsseldorf’s art scene.
Over 400 artists and 30 alternative venues across 196 art spots are taking part this year. The northern districts kick things off on 12–13 September, with the southern districts following on 19–20 September.
Opening hours
The studios are open on Saturdays from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm and on Sundays from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm, unless otherwise stated. The alternative venues are open on Fridays from 7.00 pm; some can be visited throughout the weekend.
Guided studio tours
This year, guided tours will once again take place through selected studios and alternative exhibition spaces across the city’s districts. During these two-hour tours, participants will learn interesting facts about the exhibition spaces and gain insights into the artists’ work. (Source: Kunstpunkte website)
