On School Day, the Confucius Institute opens its doors to school classes.
Pupils can look forward to a varied programme: craft workshops (painting lacquer fans, designing Peking Opera masks, making lanterns, calligraphy) as well as 10-minute taster sessions in Chinese. The event is aimed at school classes in Years 3–8. Registration is handled by the schools in cooperation with Düsseldorf City Council. (Source: Confucius Institute Düsseldorf)
