HYROX, the World Series of Fitness Racing, is taking the sporting world by storm. Having launched in Germany in 2017, this rapidly growing fitness discipline – which combines functional strength training with running – has now established itself in 16 countries.
This year, HYROX is celebrating a special debut in Düsseldorf. The athletes will be gathering at the Merkur Spiel-Arena from 11 to 15 November.
HYROX consists of eight one-kilometre runs, interspersed with eight different strength stations, such as sledge pulling, rowing and wall balls. The competition was founded in Germany in 2017, is open to all fitness levels and offers various categories (Open/Pro, Singles/Doubles).
Taking place in a real football stadium creates a completely new racing atmosphere – bigger, louder and more electrifying than ever before. Where professional athletes normally compete against each other on the pitch, you’ll be pushing yourself to your limits on the HYROX course.
Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or taking part in a competition for the first time – this event promises an unforgettable stadium experience. Don’t miss your chance to become part of HYROX history in Düsseldorf. (Source: D.LIVE/Hyrox)
