After kicking off in Kylie's home country of Australia, the world tour will head to Asia and North America before reaching the UK in May and moving on to Europe in June. The European tour will kick off in Berlin on June 16, followed by dates in 11 countries.
Kylie says: “I'm over the moon to announce the TENSION TOUR 2025. I can't wait to share beautiful and wild moments with fans around the world and celebrate the Tension era and more! It's been an exciting ride so far and now get ready for your close-up because I'll be calling Lights, Camera, Action ... And there's going to be a whole lot of padaming!”
The high-energy, high-octane partner to the number one album and worldwide hit 'Tension' takes Kylie Minogue further into the electronic realm and is packed with dancefloor anthems. The album contains nine brand new studio tracks, including the new single “Lights Camera Action” and the current dance hit “Edge of Saturday Night” with The Blessed Madonna as well as collaborations with Orville Peck, Bebe Rexha and Tove Lo and Sia.
In 2024, Kylie Minogue has already taken home the Global Icon Award at the BRITs, won the Grammy for Best Pop Dance Recording for the hit 'Padam Padam', attended the Met Gala, completed her first Las Vegas residency, performed at WeHo Pride and released a string of high-profile collaborations. In July, Kylie gave an impressive and critically acclaimed headline show at London's BST Hyde Park. The Guardian described the show as “a glorious celebration of pop perfection” (5*) and the Metro as “outrageously good” (5*). Rolling Stone's verdict was 5*: “The pop queen's takeover of London proves that her unchallenged place on the throne remains untouched.” Kylie released her number 1 album “Tension” in September 2023, which has now sold over 500,000 copies worldwide and is approaching half a billion streams.
