Maestro Tigran Mikaelyan presents Antonio Vivaldi’s *The Four Seasons* and other well-known masterpieces with the Chamber Orchestra of the Neue Philharmonie Hamburg.
In the first half of the concert, experience the impressive timbres of *Le quattro stagioni*, and in the second half, enjoy further well-known masterpieces from the rich and varied world of European classical music.
The Neue Philharmonie Hamburg was founded in 2001 by freelance professional musicians from all over the world. Since then, the orchestra has carved out and maintained a leading position in the North German music scene. It sees itself as a dynamic orchestra that can be expanded from smaller chamber orchestra line-ups to a large symphony orchestra with a choir. However, the core has always remained the chamber orchestra, which has remained virtually unchanged since its foundation and is extremely well-rehearsed and in tune with one another.
Through numerous guest performances in Spain, France, Italy and South Korea, it has gained a large and loyal following amongst audiences. The orchestra’s concertmaster, Tigran Mikaelyan, serves as its musical director.
