Art:walk Festival 2026

The Art:walk Festival transformed Düsseldorf into a vast stage for art and culture for a whole weekend. As the successor to the ‘Night of the Museums’, it invited visitors to rediscover the city’s cultural diversity through the Museum night and the Day of the stages. More than 70 cultural venues opened their doors and offered a varied programme of exhibitions, performances, concerts and hands-on activities.

Thank you to all the visitors who embraced this new cultural experience, showed their curiosity and joined us in experiencing the first Art:walk Festival. A huge thank you to all the participating venues, which put together their programmes with incredible commitment, creativity and dedication.
