The Eiskeller has more than 300 wines from Europe in stock, including many biodynamically produced products. 45 of them are always open for tasting. The restaurant's owners, Dorina Sill and Klaus Wählen, are committed to sustainability: the tables are made from the wooden planks of old goods wagons, the chairs are upholstered in used leather and the lighting is dimmed by old factory lamps. There is space for around 30 guests in the three rooms. The menu includes regional specialities such as South Tyrolean bacon and Lower Rhine farm cheese.
