Ghirloni in Stockum looks back on a long tradition: Bruno Ghirloni opened the Tina ice cream parlour at Kölner Tor in 1975. Today, his son Roberto is the second generation to run the family business under the name Ghirloni Eismanufaktur. The ice cream is still produced in-house, without artificial additives. There are over 40 flavours to choose from, including unusual creations such as prosecco, white truffle and tomato-basil. A nostalgic ice cream van can be booked for events - the Italian way of life.
