The restaurant represents authentic Korean cuisine from the Chinese Korean minority Chaoxianzu and brings a special, culturally influenced flavour of Korean food culture to life in Düsseldorf. The cuisine is based on traditional recipes handed down by the Korean community in China, which have been preserved and developed over generations. It is characterised by clear flavours, a high-quality selection of meat and vegetables and classic marinades, which differ significantly from Korean BBQ concepts adapted from the West. A central element is the table barbecue experience: guests prepare selected ingredients directly at the table and experience Korean food culture as a communal and communicative ritual.
