La Bouillabaisse

In Oberkassel, La Bouillabaisse offers 30 indoor seats and up to 16 seats in the outdoor area. The signature piece on the menu is the eponymous southern French fish soup, accompanied by a fine selection of fish and seafood. The grilled sea bass, Belgian moules frites and the modern interpretation of sea bream carpaccio are particularly recommended. Although the menu selection is small, the fresh ingredients and skilful preparation of the delicious dishes are impressive.
