The atmosphere in Nagomi is unique. The restaurant's blue ceiling immediately catches the eye and gives the entire room a calming touch. At the bar, the skilful hands of sushi master Hitoshi shape elaborate sushi rolls and cut wafer-thin sashimi slices. The predominantly Japanese guests appreciate the attention to detail just as much as the varied selection of traditional dishes. For starters, for example, there is an aromatic miso soup with vongole or crispy deep-fried tofu. Those who have not yet been able to decide on a main course can opt for chirashi, a colourful sushi bowl, or follow the sushi master's experienced selection with the Nagomi sushi platter.
