Murat Avcioglu, owner and passionate chef of the restaurant in Unterbilk, realised his dream after ten years of experience in Düsseldorf's top gastronomy and opened Noa Foodbar in 2017. The menu changes every fortnight. Guests can look forward to an exquisite selection of dishes that are not only pleasing to the palate but also to the eye. This also applies to the minimalist ambience with its urban look. The restaurateur favours regional ingredients and bases his dishes on seasonal produce. In spring and summer, most of the fruit and vegetables even come from the restaurant's own garden. Everything is spiced up with a pinch of humour, as you can see from ‘Noa's Harakiri’, a long drink made from yuzu sake and tonic.
