Many Düsseldorfers will be familiar with the location in the former Schoofs butcher's shop. After all, Staudi's, with its elaborately decorated historic ceiling, old floor tiles and many other preserved Art Nouveau elements, is considered one of the prettiest restaurants in Derendorf and is largely a listed building. Hosts Sebastian and Magda have greened the interior with flower and plant arrangements and created a small culinary oasis. A fitting location for seasonal gourmet cuisine that uses regional produce and farm-fresh ingredients to conjure up carefully selected creations in its changing menu. The refined dishes are accompanied by selected wines from sommelier Stephan Körner.
