The only question is where to start? Takumi is located in the centre of the Asian district and is known for its original Japanese Ramen. The fact that these special noodles served in a soup “mature” is just as important for their good taste as importing the right spices from the northern Japanese Hokkaido. Teriyaki chicken, algae, boiled egg or sprouts are available as toppings for the spicy soups. Düsseldorf's Japanese community also likes to come here for lunch or after work.
