Ramen traditionally comes in different varieties - the best known are usually based on a pork broth. Takumi Chicken & Veggie, on the other hand, offers the Japanese soul food exclusively based on chicken and vegetables. The vegan ramen is available in the classic shoyu, shio and miso broths. They are in no way inferior to the meat broths. In general, the restaurant in Little Tokyo not only satisfies the palate, but also invites you to return with its individual interior and stylish plates and bowls. You should definitely try one of the vegan starters. We particularly recommend the tokoyaki and gyoza.
