The chocolate expert based in the tranquil town of Ennenda in the canton of Glarus was the first to produce its so-called Frischschoggi in large slabs and sell the different varieties to sweet-toothed customers as broken goods at a price per gram. In the Läderach store in the Schadow-Arkaden, the oversized brown bars in the display are also tempting. The smell of the fresh sweets fills the room and the sight of the unpackaged chocolate tempts you to try different varieties again and again. Particularly recommended: the two new recipes 'Caramel Salé Milk - dark' and 'Grand Cru Madagascar 64% Cacao Lemon'.
