Yes, the DüsseldorfCard is also available from Rheinbahn ticket machines in and at the Hauptbahnhof.
With the Print@Home ticket, you get the DüsseldorfCard as a PDF, and you can simply print it at home. To do so, you will need an up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
You can print the DüsseldorfCard, or you can also use a suitable app to open it on your phone and show it.
Yes. During an inspection, you can present the printed version of your Print@Home ticket, or you can open the digital version with a suitable app on your phone and show it.
In exceptional cases, it may take up to 60 minutes before you receive your confirmation e-mail and the ticket for your booking. Please also check your spam folder. If the e-mail isn’t in your inbox within 60 minutes and not in your spam folder either, please send us a quick e-mail ([email protected]) or call us on (T +49 211 1720 2-854) and we’ll be happy to resend the DüsseldorfCard. No. The Family Card is issued by the City of Düsseldorf to those entitled to it.
No. The DüsseldorfCard includes a bike station discount. If you wish to combine the DüsseldorfCard benefits with a rental bike for 24 or 48 hours, you should book the DüsseldorfBikeCard directly. Then you can just pick up your bike at the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) and start exploring the city.

The DüsseldorfCard is valid for either 24, 48, 72 or 96 hours, starting from your selected time.
If you book it online, the specified start time (date, time) applies; if you buy a hard copy of the ticket, the start time you enter yourself will apply. Tickets that are purchased from Rheinbahn ticket machines at stops and underground stations must be punched before you start your trip. If you buy tickets from ticket machines on board light rail trains and metro buses, the time of purchase will apply. These tickets do not need to be punched.
With the DüsseldorfCard you can use all buses and light rail, and all surcharge-free trains (2nd class RE, RB, S-Bahn) for Düsseldorf & surroundings. This includes travel to and from Düsseldorf Airport.

You can also buy a DüsseldorfCard for two people. The card is valid for a group of up to three adults, or two adults and max. two children up to the age of 14.
No, you only need to mention one person by name on the group card. The individual whose name is given as the cardholder must always be part of the group.

Redeeming discounts and voucher codes
Select the number of tickets you want and your chosen date, and then click on Book. In the “Participants” field, you will see “Bookable Add-on Products”. Click the arrow beside that, and then on “Discount DüsseldorfCard/DüsseldorfBikeCard”. The discount for the DüsseldorfCard will then be deducted. Please also bring your DüsseldorfCard with you on city tours and show it to the guide and/or when you board the HopOn HopOff bus.
The voucher can only be redeemed online. Add the DüsseldorfCard to your shopping cart. In “Your shopping-cart”, you will be asked “Do you have a voucher or promo code?” You can enter the voucher code there.

That is West Ticket’s charge for online booking. Admission to Aquazoo is free of charge with the DüsseldorfCard. Aquazoo recommends booking online for weekend visits. If you show your DüsseldorfCard at the Aquazoo ticket desk you will get free admission.
You will get your discount when you buy your ticket at the Rheinturm ticket desk. Unfortunately, you can’t do it online as you have to present your DüsseldorfCard in person.
