Adrian Belew, Steve Vai, Tony Levin and Danny Carey announce their long-awaited first European tour, which will kick off in London on 8 June, followed by five dates in Germany and Austria.
Former King Crimson members ADRIAN BELEW and TONY LEVIN joined forces with guitar virtuoso STEVE VAI and explosive Tool drummer DANNY CAREY to form BEAT, a creative reinterpretation of three legendary KING CRIMSON albums from the 80s - Discipline, Beat and Three Of A Perfect Pair. In 2024, the ensemble performed 65 sold-out concerts in North America, followed by shows in Mexico, South America and Tokyo's legendary Budokan, and fans in Europe have long awaited the band's plans to stage shows in the UK and across the continent. Ahead of the 2024 tour, guitarist Adrian Belew reflected:
"The King Crimson of 1981 to 1984 created a music all of its own. Timeless. Beautiful. Complex. Fierce. For the fans who experienced it back then, and for those who never got to see it, our goal is to bring it back to life. A monumental task, but we're going for it! There are not enough exclamation marks to express my excitement!" (Source: Organiser)
