Event as part of theArt:walk Festival
Pianist-composer Bruno Venturim from Brazil creates poetic instrumental soundscapes between samba, baião, frevo and jazz. Together with André de Cayres (bass) and Pablo Sáez (drums), he creates music full of rhythm, freedom and atmosphere.
The Brazilian pianist and composer Bruno Venturim and his trio invite you on a poetic journey through the sound colours of instrumental Brazilian music. Inspired by samba, baião, frevo and bossa nova, the ensemble combines rhythmic energy with the openness of jazz. Together with André de Cayres (acoustic and electric bass) and Pablo Sáez (drums and percussion), they create musical landscapes between lyrical melodies, free improvisation and pulsating Afro-Brazilian grooves.
At the Art:walk Festival, the Bruno Venturim Trio are part of the programme at the Velostage at the Neue Oper am Rhein. Even before the opera of the future is created here, the stage already belongs to the talents of today and tomorrow. The mobile Velostage brings music directly to the people and is already turning the opera site into a lively place for culture, encounters and new voices.
