From Oscar Peterson to Toto – Claudio’s All Stars move with gusto through jazz, soul and pop-rock. The seven-piece ensemble, made up of students from the Robert Schumann University of Music, originally came together for a graduation concert.
They are now looking forward to bringing this varied programme to the stage once again. Claudio’s All Stars are synonymous with musical diversity, a joy of performance and boundless energy on stage. The seven-piece ensemble, made up of students from the Robert Schumann University of Music in Düsseldorf, takes its audience on a varied journey through jazz, soul and pop-rock – from the virtuoso sounds of Oscar Peterson to the legendary songs of Toto.
The ensemble was originally formed for a joint graduation concert. However, the special musical chemistry and enthusiasm for the varied repertoire were so great that the musicians decided to perform the programme together once more. With fresh arrangements, great passion and impressive skill, Claudio’s All Stars present a concert full of groove, emotion and surprising musical moments – a treat for jazz lovers as well as fans of catchy pop and rock classics.
