Event as part of the Art:walk Festival
Groovy, warm and timeless: DJ Manu brings Italian sounds from the 60s to Italo disco to the Kunstpalast. His vinyl selection creates a relaxed atmosphere between nostalgia and dance floor.
At the Art:walk Festival, DJ Manu transforms the ERGO foyer of the Kunstpalast into a place for relaxed, sociable club moments. His DJ set is all about Italian music history - from groovy classics from the 60s to the warm, driving sounds of the Italo disco era. As a vinyl-only DJ, DJ Manu deliberately focuses on analogue sounds and a carefully curated selection of records. The music is timeless, invites you to dance and at the same time is restrained enough to leave room for encounters. Inspired by the musical influences of his home city of Naples, he combines nostalgia with casual elegance and creates an atmosphere that invites you to listen, linger and dance in equal measure. In the context of the Art:walk festival, the DJ set becomes a connecting element between art, architecture and music. Without big effects, but with a great sense of mood and rhythm, a soundtrack is created for the evening in the Kunstpalast - warm, open and carried by the joy of shared experience. A format that fills the space without overloading it and puts the moment at the centre. (Source: Art:walk Festival)
