Born Fally Ipupa Nsimba on December 14, 1977 in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, his musical journey began at a young age. As a teenager, he joined the well-known Congolese band Quartier Latin International. This collaboration paved the way for his solo career, which began in 2006 with the album “Droit Chemin”. The album was a resounding success and catapulted Ipupa into the international charts.
Since then, Fally Ipupa has released several albums, including “Arsenal de Belles Mélodies”, “Power ‘Kosa Leka’, ‘Tokooos’ and ‘Control’, all of which have enjoyed great success both commercially and with critics.
