Event as part of the Art:walk Festival
This interactive reading invites you to think further and write your own poetry - get creative, play with words and discover new perspectives.
How were letters written in the 19th century? What form of address was customary, what greetings were used - and how did people actually argue back then? During this interactive reading, you will immerse yourself in the writing culture of Schumann's time and are invited to get creative yourself. Together we will puzzle over how original texts might have been continued and what was originally written in the cloze texts handed out. You can playfully try out historical spellings, think ahead and contribute your own ideas. Creativity is expressly encouraged - because here you yourself become part of the literary event.
