At first glance, the colourful variety of fresh ingredients and traditionally prepared dishes seems to stand in contrast to the rather dark ambience. However, this suits the Vietnamese cuisine only too well. It also knows how to skilfully combine different elements to create an unmistakable taste experience. Cold and warm, hot and salty or sweet and sour complement each other like ying and yang. These harmonies can be experienced in starters such as the summer rolls or the squid braids with lemon sauce as well as in the Phở Dac Biet, a savoury beef soup or the Thap Cam, a rich rice noodle bowl with spring rolls and various meats.
