The display window in the shop is promising: traditional dishes are presented there. In particular, the eponymous Tonkatsu, a breaded pork cutlet a la jàponaise. Tonkatsu Gonta is transformed into a café in the afternoon and a bar in the evening.
Beschreibung
The focus is on tonkatsu, a crispy breaded cutlet made with panko flour and meat from Duroc olive pigs. The signature dish is only available at lunchtime. Matcha sundaes and honey toast are served in the afternoon. In the evening, it gets cozy with small snacks and Japanese-inspired cocktails. The perfect way to end the day. Reservations are not possible.
