Düsseldorf Tourismus bietet verschiedene Touren zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Altstadt oder dem MedienHafen an – zu Fuß, per Bus oder per Schiff. „Der persönliche Kontakt spielt für uns als Rheinländer und als Destination eine wichtige Rolle. Wir möchten den Gästen des IHWTC unsere Stadt und das Lebensgefühl hier näherbringen. Düsseldorf ist ein Ort der Begegnung. Die Tatsache, dass eine Veranstaltung wie der IHWTC nun in Düsseldorf stattfindet, bestätigt uns in unserer Arbeit“, so Ole Friedrich.
Der IHWTC wird nach dem Auftakt in Düsseldorf 2024 in Manila, Philippinen, stattfinden.
